I offer psychotherapy for queer individuals and couples, built on many years of working closely with LGBTQIA+ communities. This is a space where gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, non-binary, and other queer people can feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported.
Some people come to therapy carrying the weight of past experiences — like coming out, dealing with family rejection, navigating relationships that don’t fit into mainstream norms, or coping with anxiety, shame, or trauma. Others simply want to talk to someone who understands queer life without needing a crash course in it.
Whatever brings you here — identity questions, relationship challenges, stress, big life changes, or just a wish to understand yourself better — I offer thoughtful, affirming support that’s grounded in real experience and cultural awareness. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and guided by curiosity, care, and respect.
